Marabou Stork Nightmares tackles misogyny, sexism, pedophilia, rape, and so many other things but it's truly thought-provoking and I would definitely read Welsh's other books. This book was incredibly disturbing- I literally felt sick to my stomach reading some parts- but that is clearly Welsh's intent and he does it through innovative typography and storytelling.
